Started with CW transmission...."BEGINNING TRANSMISSION...FOXY? BEGINNING TRANSMISSION" then into music, some fussing about equipment (I think!)

0203 UTC: voiceover

S6...weakish signal, but very audible.

Tuned in at 0211 utc on Barrington Hills IL sdr with weak noisy S7 to S9 signal, clearly heard DJ say "Foxy am" the music playing under the noise.
