I've heard this a few times in the last week, I am going to call it presumed as I have not caught an ID. aoki lists this as via Madagascar. Short of an ID it does fit the schedule (I see nothing else in aoki or eibi at this time) and it is in arabic. It is on from 4:00 to 4:29 utc. It is followed by Radio Dabanga, another Sudanese clandestine from 4:29-4:57 utc.
