1625 extra weak via SDR, some music, TYVM, music, 1628 talking again

1703 identified by the station tune of Radio Monique
1707 spur going off a few seconds before the main carrier (seen on a waterfall)

>>> there was the symetrical spur on 6281 (no audio heard there)
