Exact frequency is 6016.71 kHz. S9 with the Bonaire KiwiSDR.

2307 UTC-Just a carrier with bits of buzz and audio
2309 UTC-Music now, low distorted modulation like RHC
2343 UTC-OM speaking in Spanish, modulation still poor
0007 UTC-Still going but still terribly distorted
0051 UTC-GONE

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

Radial Organization El Prado is a non-profit in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. It promotes social and educational development through educational programs, recreational and cultural activities, and infrastructure projects.

The organization works with the community to improve health, employment, entrepreneurship, education, and recreation. Radial El Prado works with local and national organizations to promote sustainable economic and social development.
