Distortion From Voice Of Korea, Pyongyang

They've been sliding downhill for the last 6 months or so and they were already cruddy enough.. not quite to the level of Cairo and cuba but theyre about there.. this doesn't appear to affect all their language services though.

I've been noticing this recently as well whenever I try to listen to the Russian language broadcast. Fine in Chinese and Korean then when it switches it's like the broadcast is being played through a gamer headset mic. It's a little bit worse distortion than in the video.
