I have it with a fair signal.  It  is a relay of an old  Radio Azteca program.  Just gave the mail drop for it.

SINPO=24222, noisy again tonight.

011- Bram Stoker on the mic. Reading listener mail and answering questions.
014- OM commences segment as "another visit from" ?, and then a YL speaks with soft music in the background. Something about a hideout? OM closes out and says listen next time for ?
015- Bram IDs himself and station, saying it's time to wrap it up. "Until another time..."
016- OM IDs Radio Azteca Relay Service with email address repeated.
017- Rocky and Bullwinkle tune repeating, then drums, and into...
017- Instrumental groovy music, "Sheba" by Johnny and The Huricanes.
018- Bram welcomes us to Program Number Two, first in Spanish and then English. <<Now SINPO=34333, with better audio and a little less noisy>>

00:30 UTC - Weak barely readable. Difficult to pull out of the noise because of the AM mode.

S9 in Charles Town WV.  I caught just the last couple of minutes.  BUMMER!

Icom 7300 with G5RV INSIDE the attic, unless specified otherwise.

Too many radios to list.  Mini-whip, Home-brew Mag-loop, are also on the antenna switch.
