Audio on Pirate Radio Capture

Here is the Audio I captured from a Pirate Radio Broadcast that I mentioned in the post below this one.

It starts out with "Dont Fear the Reaper" later after that the station ID is played but I cant make out what the guy is saying, if someone else could listen and see if they can tell whats being said
