Simply noting that at this time in the hour (45 minutes after the hour) one would normally hear their usual announcements. Instead I'm hearing the background noise from their microwave link receiver, which is what you would normally hear only from ~1 minute to ~12 minutes after the top of the hour.

In other words, I'm wondering if they lost their microwave feed or there was a change in their schedule.
I don't STRETCH the truth.

"Every minute I spend in this room, my signal gets weaker.
Every minute Charlie squats in the bush, his signal gets stronger."

I can hear the transmitter crackling away in the background on 6753. I suspect the PC or software playing out the audio must have dropped. The TX site is unmanned but supposed to be monitored.

I checked 15034.0 kHz and Trenton Military VOLMET is transmitting, weak barely readable due to poor propagation conditions. Don't forget, the angle of radiation of the antennae is high / sky bound in order to reach aircrafts and is not necessarily intended for ground reception.
