At least I *think* its a pirate.  Music in English and Spanish?  ID's heard, and an addy for QSL's, cannot make them out.  No listings for regular broadcasters on short-wave.info or shortwaveschedule.  Nice signal with some short fading.

EDIT: Geez, I hosed that all up on the initial post.  Its 6555 KHz.  Still going strong.
