Found the BC at 2032.  35342 in Wyomissing.  OM said a few words about pops and crackles at 2049, then back to more minor chord rock.

2240 UTC Tool - Descending  Signal was S9, but now it has faded down to S2.
2244 UTC Tool - 7empest   The signal is still up and down. It was up to S7, and now it's almost gone.
2245 UTC And now the signal is back up to S8
