I heard something like this on 6940 in AM a couple of weeks back listening on a SDR in TN. The signal was splattering all over the funny band kicking out images. I figured it was those guys rebuilding WWCR on the AL.-TN. line screwing around and didn't report it, but it was two men and a woman with a lot of cussing like you guys are talking about.
