Fair signal, but noise, in western New York

0220z   The unmistakable sound of bowling pins!
0223z   Touch-tone sounds, but maybe part of the song?

Too much noise to identify songs played. But - hey - it's mid-summer!

Attempting to listen somewhat earlier with little luck.  Just threshold audio with music.  At 0136 the signal began improving enough to hear a clear I at 0158 then into 'Answer the Phone' by Sugar Ray, 0240 SSTV (didn't decode here), ID and e QSL offer for tonight's theme, 'Wildfire' IS and off at 0242.

Lots of band noise with signal never getting better than poor - fair.
