2357 Man and woman (? boy) talking joined by a rude man for a couple of minutes, ? ID then on with the same two characters.  Radio play?  0011 ID & mention of 1994 before fading back down.

Can understand words here and there, occasionally a few sentences particularly on peaks.  Can't tell topic(s).  Mostly just above static floor.
