Basically a Recorder Catch on 6925.0 USB, but I did see the SDR and am certain this was an AM.

Unid very weak music popping above very active noise from time to time in this interval.  If there was any talk, I could not hear it in the audio recording.  Seemed to be gone (fade?  off?) around 0310z.  The Signal Strength History seems to show this about an S7 here, but horrid QRN really made program recognition very tough.
