Over 20 years ago, https://www.alfalima.net/  posted a list like this. I even e-mailed a Russian 27MHz repeater op. In Russia, with such territory to cover, a well-built 27MHz repeater can indeed cover a lot of area in ruff, heavily foliage, terrain. So, it's needed there as a necessity, where as the closest thing to that here in North America are 10M FM, 29MHz, repeaters. Here, they are more designed for skip propagation, than covering large, local, areas. So, THANKS for posting that list.
I was asked, yet another weird question, of how I would like to be buried, when I finally bite the big one. The answer was actually pretty easy. Face-down, like a certain historical figure in the late 1980's, (I will not mention who, but some of you will get it, and that's enough.) Why??? It would be a burial that will satisfy everyone: (1) My enemies will say that it will show me where to go. (2) On the same point, I can have my enemies kiss my butt. (3) It will temporarily give someone a place to park a bicycle. See??? A WIN / WIN for everyone.

Here's another source (in Russian).

Channels are identified using an alphanumeric channel.  First letter is the band.  Russia actually uses a combination of the "C" band being the mid band FCC band 26.965 MHz - 27.405 MHz and the "D" band (which is the standard export radio setting for the legal CB band).  Following the band letter ID, there is the channel number.  The Channel number is sometimes followed by either the letter "E" or "R" (some sources use "P" instead of "R".)  The "E" indicates the use of the European channel band plan or the "fives" (eg. 27.185 MHz, 27.635 MHz, 26.755 MHz, 27.415 MHz, etc.).  The R or the P indicates use of the Polish "zeros" channel plan.  That's just the same channeling, with all channel frequencies -5 kHz.  So 27.180 MHz, 27.630 MHz, 26.750 MHz, 27.410 MHz, etc.).

So the Russian bands are:

A band, E raster: 26.065 MHz - 26.505 MHz (or band B)
B band, E raster: 26.515 MHz - 26.955 MHz (or band C)
C band, E raster: 26.965 MHz - 27.405 MHz (or band D)
D band, E raster: 27.415 MHz - 27.855 MHz (or band E)
E band, E raster: 27.865 MHz - 28.305 MHz (or band F)

A band, R or P raster: 26.060 MHz - 26.500 MHz (or band B)
B band, R or P raster: 26.510 MHz - 26.950 MHz (or band C)
C band, R or P raster: 26.960 MHz - 27.400 MHz (or band D)
D band, R or P raster: 27.410 MHz - 27.850 MHz (or band E)
E band, R or P raster: 27.860 MHz - 28.300 MHz (or band F)

Changing the standard band from C to D allows the addition of 40 + 40 additional channels:  25.615 MHz - 26.055 MHz using the E channel plan or European fives channel plan, 25.610 MHz - 26.050 MHz using the Polish band plan or zeros.
