could be but from what I can tell Radio Termer is all old stuff from the Vietnam era, thats being re-broadcasted by other pirates.
They did do a more recent broadcast in Iraq

Radio Ga Ga and Outhouse Radio both have played the radio Termer stuff from what I can tell
