VANUATU. 7260, Radio Vanuatu, 0545-0733 UT, July 27. Tuned-in to hear them fairly early with very poor signal that
gradually improved up to fair reception. Highlights:

0600-0603: Brief news bulletin.
0635: Frequently heard PSA in Bislama for "mental health." At 0630, no "service messages" program today!
0651: Local time ("nine minutes to six"); long series of promos, PSAs, commercial announcements; one spot was

0700-0716: News/sports/weather mostly in Bislama; President of France is visiting Vanuatu and meeting with the
Prime Minister; several sound bites in English about what the French President said today.
