I tried to copy HM01 today at 18:00z and the carrier was there & quite strong at 17:58. At 18:00 .....nothing.

at 18:05 there were occasional little modulation spikes but no actual audio.

at 18:09 there was Radio Havana audio for a few seconds.

at 18:12 the modulation spikes again.

at 18:15  the carrier dropped.

I gave up at 18:30 & tuned away. Some spook has no idea what to do now.
