2310 Filibuster Radio ID, warning "It can happen here," then description of history leading to Rwandan genocide of 1994, and a rather bizarre comparison of motivation of the Rwandan genocide to the genocide of the European Jews in the 20th Century being both based on alleged resentment for past wrongs or unearned privileges by members of the minority group targeted.  In reality, the Tutsis were a government-favored minority during the colonial times, but Jewish people in Europe were never privileged by the governments/rulers in any European country.  Of course, there could be no justification for the genocide and other crimes against minorities in either case.
