Dave Valko in Cumbre DX reported a fairly strong unid station at this time on 15180 in PA with African music, so I think it's possible that we have a shot at this here in NA.

OM in Amharic > music (Nat'l Anthem? - gotta check) > OM again
Nice recording on a Sony Mini-Disc (not sure how to post it as it is not an MP3 file(help))
