Can just about hear it in Bristol but very weak signal.  50w carrier or peak? I guess vertical will be better for longer distances with low angle radiation.

You will now likely be in my dead skip zone.  My antenna does give quite good low angle radiation, but you'd nevertheless still get enough signal going up at higher angles during the daytime, and at night if conditions allow on 48m.  My carrier power is 50w. My Peak Envelope Power is 200 w at full amplitude modulation.  Thanks for your report!
