Sounds like distorted rave music. Not sure if it's intentional or just bad audio.

5 x 7 ssb audio. Plainly audible.

0221 listening for a while.  Sounds like a malfunctioning xmtr. with bursts of music then pause.  Stuttering.  Weird.  Suddenly off at 0222 for about 45 seconds, then back with same (maybe reached the end of the song then a pause and start of another?), off again at 0227.  Back at 0229.

S7 so a decent signal strength in generally quiet conditions.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.
