1212 OM speaking, I am not sure which language, it sounds Germanic but not German?
1240 Radio RSA ID. Must have been Afrikaans? Hey, I was close!

Music & OM speaking in unrecognized language at 1233 UTC. S8 signal here this morning.
1239 UTC - Radio RSA (Remember them?) ID followed by more music and OM talking. Seems it's a rebroadcast of an old Radio RSA program.
