2113 - Open carrier at the moment. Might be a difficult place to be given the expected QRM on both sides, unless they are just "holding their spot" for future use.

2212 (approximately) - programming starts in earnest with some laughter, etc.
2233 - Wellsville address given, said to be broadcasting from Salem, MA. Announcer has a distinct Massachusetts accent, for authenticity.
2240 - An audio story about the The House of Usher.
2245 - TX off, after witch cackling.

Listening via the K1RA SDR in Virginia ...

2212 UTC: Halloween sound effects.
2214 UTC: OM on mic with ID that I didn't catch (Witch Radio?), mentioning he's broadcasting from Salem, Massachusetts.
2215 UTC: "Dracula" reggae song.
2220 UTC: Bubbling cauldron noises as OM gets back on the mic. Noise level is mostly covering what he's saying, however.
2221 UTC: Dracula-type voice telling a story amid music and sound effects. Interfering noises are settling a little, but it's still a little hard to make it out.
2226 UTC: OM back on the mic with Witch City Radio ID, then Alice Cooper's "Welcome to My Nightmare."
2232 UTC: More witch cackle noises and OM back on mic with ID, gives mailing address in Wellsville, NY. Then starts a recorded version of "The Fall of The House of Usher" by Edgar Allen Poe.

The QRM noises are back, so I'm having trouble catching all this.

Tuned in at 2214 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with weak S7 signal, sound of stereotype witch laughing, male saying something about Halloween, Halloween tune,

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Witch City Radio from Salem, Mass. went on the air at 6935 just after Dr. Benway's Undercover Radio went OTA on 6940 beginning with cackling witch laughter. Nice S9 AM Signal clear using kiwisdr, Washington, DC
