Via a recording.  Only just usable in Wyomissing.  The first few SSTVs were in Scottie 2, the last few in Scottie DX, which fared better.  Here, the signal opened over a low-grade band of noise.  Around 2059, a roving band of noise dropped through 6950, affecting the SSTV that started around that time.
