BBC Radio 4 198khz now on half power

It has been reported in the UK radio forums that BBC Radio 4 on 198khz is now permanently running on half-power (250KW) ahead of a potential switch-off next year.

Radio 5 on 693 and 909 khz are also on reduced power.
