Was listening to this last night with a good signal from 04:49z-05:12z.  Short-Wave Info list R. Free Asia in Korean 15:00z-17:00z and SWBC on Discord list Rádio Cidade in Portuguese when I checked at 04:40z.  Station sounds Arabic & has a chant/cheer type ID? at 14:27 & 22:59 on recording.  Clandestine?

Eibi lists Clandestine and Turkish jammer, you might have mainly been hearing jammer 🤷:
