Radio #Cairo English service on 11890khz 2115utc aug 18, 2013 voice not being heard only the carrier is audible because of this I have to 'assume' it is, in fact, Radio Cairo.

Perhaps the transmitter is automated?

the carrier went off the air at 2245utc so it looks good to be Radio Cairo... BTW I forgot a signal report: S4 to S7...
