just heard Xtal ship id at 0217utc.  signal is s9 with static crashes.

TCS is quite good here with steady S9+10 signal heard ID at 2:17 just when I tuned in, how often does that happen?

SDR recording catch. A very weak carrier appeared around 0152, that got stronger over time. Some music starting around 0201.
An S9 signal according to the S meter, but it "didn't sound that strong", if you know what I mean.
The signal came up a bit around 0214, it looked like a step change, so it seems to be more something on the transmitter side than propagation.

Off at 0346.
