0158z (6940) Blue Ocean Radio ID
0215z (6930) Can barely hear Blue Ocean Radio here in NH, about S4 with S6 noise level.
0247z BOR ID, signal has noticibly improved but still way down in the noise.
0301z BOR ID, better yet, still in the noise but about 90% copy
0306z Off, thanks BOR...

SDR recording catch. About an S7 signal under moderately high static levels.
Clear ID at 0301, saying they would be leaving the air as RTN was going to be signing on.
