10 kHz wide MFSK signal on 27.760 MHz, active at the same time 27.940 MHz was booming in - along with numerous other signals from that general area, including taxi cab radio communications (taxi controllers - YL taxi dispatchers "Olga") on 25 MHz, 26 MHz, 27 MHz, 28 MHz and VHF low band (37 MHz, 38 MHz, 41 MHz and 42 MHz - specifically 37.225 MHz, 38.375 MHz and 38.525 MHz) - see thread here: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,122839.0.html
