Short audio clip, perhaps from a radio show? Somewhat tough copy.  Ahh, it sounds like a reading from the Bible, a mention of Abraham being told to kill his son Isaac.

Seemed like a variety of short clips heard here at fair level in the time period noted.  The Abraham/Isaac stuff seems to be a Family Guy clip, and thanks.
