Testing 5 minutes broadcast.

OTA.  We will be testing this frequency, Antenna direction and more thru out the day. We will be looking for detail reports to help us make improvements on this end.

Heard here from 1246 UTC - Jack In the Box Radio ID.  QRM from Link-11 on the same frequency, SIO 422.
