« on: December 31, 2023, 2212 UTC »
SWPC logging: 31 Dec 2023 21:56:00 GMT X4.9 Ratio 0.308

SWPC is reporting a R3 radio blackout at ~2200z. I had one of my SDRs parked on the 40m band, and DX propagation dropped to basically nothing. Even locally there were only like 2-3 ops remaining.

The band started recovering by by 2203z.
