I have it with a fair signal.   The two men are Alan Weiner (WBCQ) and Dr. Becker.  They are talking about the access to radio broadcast. This is an old WBCQ broadcast.
2210 Just heard WRKO ID, old show from 90s.
2227 WRKO Boston and then off the air.

After being arrested for allegedly violating The Communications Act of 1934, he was asked "What are you in for?" to which they replied, "Running a radio station!"
