 >:( - Malicious incident! Around 08'35" of the recording, there is a disturbance from a RU FB conversation in the background. Then a time-shifted (I think) S11a recording is played (visible in the waterfall), making it difficult to read the actual message.
The real msg ends with the word "koniec" at 11'05" of the recording.
 The false recording continues for about 1 minute with signal strength S9.
