1121z - Sounds like a talk format. SINPO 15541. Airspy HF+D and 148' loop-on-ground. DSB tuning. Very weak intermittent copy at to into the noise floor.

1225z - Waterfall carrier, but modulation dropped well into the noise floor. Current noise floor on my 148' LoG at this frequency is under -129db.

KSDA / Adventist World Radio Guam originates from Guam. Reported 100KW.
