I'm copying a single letter P very slow ID
on 13998.2 Khz.  Time 1400 Utc.

This might be a Russian beacon?

At 1730 utc I started hearing P, a very slow ID  freq. 13998.2 kHZ.

P might pop up... Indeed it did.  Faster ID then before.
