Fair reception - choppy, fades. Chinese service

2350 YL at length in Chinese
2357 OM talking with YL

On a side note at 1930 utc today on 9620, there was an English ID followed by 10 minutes of news in English before becoming French service.

Thats listed on Eibi, ive heard english on there at 2000 i think, in the middle of french.,.. and then they go right back to french.
