Listening at 1720 UTC, good signal, back on 15034 after transmitting yesterday at this time on 15031 USB.

Correct, and you should have also noticed that we fixed the UTC / Time Zone issue and the spooling of reports. There should now be a considerable less amount of "no report received".

The station is operating normally as intended.

Thanks for the update. I didn't give this any further listening on 07 FEB when I posted this, but today (08 FEB) at 1740 it's definitely operating normally.
