RRI blasting in this evening on 7325.  S9+30!!  Usual English programing to North America.  Saw the meter hit +40 a few times.  Amazing band conditions.

They are definitely making a presence on SW .
I think they do a mailbag segment and mention received QSLs. They Email the QSLs after a couple months.

Decided to do some armchair copy with RRI this evening .  Using a Grundig 960 in the living room.  Antenna is a 5 foot piece of wire.  Signal is ok; qrm from household electronics is the limiting factor for a clean signal.
Default RX location is Wisconsin using various wire antennas. Other RX will be noted.

15460 at 1200 utc in English does well on East coast.
