Found this strong DRM signal scanning the bands. It's not listed on EIBI but it is identified by the Dream (v. 2.2.1) DRM decoder. At least two OM speaking French in conversation.

EDIT 1826 update: I was out of the shack for about an hour but returned c. 1800z and it's still on and strong. However as of 1825 it's definitely starting to degrade a bit with brief, second-long dropouts every 6-10 seconds or so.
