That one is very weak on NL KiwiSDR, was busy listening to 6258 UnID which just went off, this one more CCR 1927, I think CCR is overrated so no QSL for me I guess. 1940 ID but missed it, definitely Dutch though. 1945 signoff, oh well.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
