I have it with a good/fair signal.  Just ID,but speech was garbed.  Mal/Female.  Playing what sounds like dance music.
2126 ID as Radio Stern Radio and gave email for reports.

Sometimes the technical difficulty is that the transmitter needs beer. :)

Cut signal down to 11kHz.  Something about trying to avoid legit users.

Tuned in at 2130 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with fair S9+10 signal with fading, unsteady frequency, heavy metal rock, at 2133 said "technical difficulties" then played more death metal, at 2144 ID several times in accented English by male and in German by female, Euro techno pop music, off at 2207, nice program, thanks.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. Very faint signal most of the time. A bit of weak audio slips through from time to time. I'm tuned to 6976.6. Thanks for the show.
