Wind and seas predictions, rx on my RTL-SDR-V3, some noise,
Caribbean zone predictions at 22:00, Venezuela and elsewhere

(Wondering if such a logging is appropriate for this Utility board?  And if any interest?)

Maybe do a running log for the month: U.S. Coast Guard Marine Weather Broadcast 8764 USB MAR 2024
and just add to it. That will keep everything nice and tidy for everyone to look at and work with. The Spy Numbers logs are a good example.

@ ~Sigint~ = Thanks for the pointer.  I'll take a look at the Spy numbers as you suggest.
