Fair reception, very noisy - band/frequency tough to figure, this is best here.  Maybe Sternradio?

1931 Music at noise level
1945 ID, OM talking - reception a little better
1947 "Rain of Blood" Die Form
1953 QSY to 6959/6960?

Not FM based on my listening
Now clear ID 1945 Stern Radio
Now narrow AM signal as of 1956 UTC on 6960
