What can be best described as "grunts" and noise @ 0103, which I'm guessing is likely jamming.
A second station had keyed up shortly before.

S10 signal but lots of storm QRN.

108- Quiet, then OM (Zeeky?), "Is this thing on? Dammit, where's the switch? Can anyone hear me? This is live radio. Dammit!"
