Weak in Missouri here.
Seems to be targeting Chicago but is making more South than the original target of Chicago with it being only S3 there and S9 in Southern Illinois.

Tuned in at 2141 utc on Brookfield WI sdr with fair/poor S7-S9+ signal, people arguing politics as usual, good clear audio but iffy program material, off at 2212 utc after somber music.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. Band conditions are terrible...noisy and signals are down during the day. Hopefully it will get better after dark. Noise floor here between S6-7...VSL's audio is just getting in over it.
