1044 UTC Hearing Ukraine national anthem.
1045 UTC OTA then back on repeating the song over and over.
1047 UTC OTA again.  Back on.

S 4 to 5 with moderate noise and fading via  University of Twente Web SDR.

Good evening to you all. Here in Northern France, I tried to pick up this unidentified radiostation operating on the frequency 14140 KHz in USB. At 18.00 U.T.C. I only picked up a long Q.S.O. between two men in spanish language. Good D.X. B.L.

Russian FB worked day time on 10430 - 10480 USB Siberia to Central Russia, no politics.
