SDR recording catch. Appears to be a relay of a virtual radio station from Grand Theft Auto

0328 Sign in into Deep Purple "Highway Star"
0334 ID "Liberty Rock Radio"

Mostly S9, some peaks to S9+20 around 0432. Then the band went long, and the signal crashed. Gone by 0441.
